Become a Vendor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor in the Sugar House Farmers Market, a gathering place for local farmers, backyard growers, food purveyors, artists, and community! Each vendor is carefully screened with a commitment to creating a diverse marketplace with the highest quality of locally produced products available. Before applying, please thoroughly review our Vendor Handbook to ensure you meet the qualifications. 


New for 2019! The market will be held on the second SUNDAY of each month during summer in Sugar House at Fairmont Park.

We're looking forward to an exciting 2019 Sugar House Farmers Market season and are delighted to have you apply to participate as a vendor.

FARMERS/GROWERS
Application fee: $10 (non-refundable)
Market fee (per market): $25
All three markets: $60

OTHER VENDORS/EXHIBITORS
Application fee: $10 (non-refundable)
Market fee (per market): $50
All three markets: $120


NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS*
Application fee: $10 (non-refundable)
Market fee (per market): $50
All three markets: $120

*If your nonprofit organization would like to host an activity for the duration of the market, there may be an opportunity for discounted or complimentary market fees. Please include details about the activity in your application in the Booth Description or Notes.



Deadlines:

Apply now. Applications are scheduled for team review on June 3 and June 10, and then on a rolling basis after that.


Application Process:

Step 1. Please read the Sugar House Vendor Handbook.
 
Step 2. Click APPLY HERE (below) to complete the form. Please include your application fee when submitting the application -- applications are not considered to be complete without this.
 
We encourage all local and regional farmers and growers to apply. We have additional limited space for other vendors and exhibitors.
 
Step 3. If accepted, you will be sent an email notification with a separate link to pay your booth fee for the markets you requested. Booth fees must be paid within five calendar days of acceptance or your space may be released.
